Principio is a small but well-equipped fryer – you can prepare up to 600 g of French fries with only 1,2 l of oil! You can also use it to make all the kind of different fried food and it always ensures the best results.

You can choose temperatures between 150 – 190C. After frying, Principio is easy to clean – the basket and handles can be washed in the dishwasher. Fryer’s compact size makes it easy to store.
